Front Desk Services Project (Citizens Documents Attestation-MoFA)

Client: Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Afghanistan (MoFA)

The scope of this project is that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), on daily basis is an influx of citizen visits for attesting a variety of documents like:

  1. Birth Certificates
  2. English version of Paper Tazkira
  3. Marriage Status Certificates
  4. Education Documents
  5. Power of Attorney Documents
  6. Commerce Related Documents
  7. Driving Licenses

MoFA’s Directorate for Consulate Affairs is the only directorate dealing with all the requests from citizens, & handling all these requests have become challenging and has made MoFA:

  1. Vulnerable for security risks
  2. Slowed down document processing speed
  3. Taking citizens towards dissatisfaction
  4. Need for more resources allocation

So, owing to above issues, the August leadership of MoFA has decided to outsource the Front Desk Services for Consulate Affairs and the effectiveness of the services provided to citizens. GTR has been able to gain this project through a proper well standardized proposed solution by:

  1. Minimize citizen’s direct contact to MoFA
  2. Increase Transparency
  3. Enhance and Speedup work process
  4. Increase level of citizen satisfaction
  5. Control Expenses
