GTR is committed to enhance the education level of youngsters at every level and is striving to bring quality education and adhere to the global standards of learning. It has taken the initiative to standardize the education system in United Arab Emirates (UAE) under an auspicious project entitled “Collaborative Education System.”

The objectives of this initiative was to license educational institutes (accreditation of schools), to develop a new school model that is based on critical thinking-oriented curriculum, to improve innovative skills, to focus more on the self-learning abilities of students, to bring the teacher licensing system, to develop the modern curricula with assorted and non-monotonous means of training and evaluation, and to introduce advance education techniques in general.

The project was further glamorized with introducing the “Smart Education Lifecycle” to motivate students with creativity, sharing, exchange, and participation in the academic achievement. The Smart Education Lifecycle is composed of five effective learning and reporting steps:

  1. Mobile Communication – Parents in Closed-loop
  2. Class Supporting Tools- Student Motivation
  3. Flipped Classroom Model- Class Model Innovation
  4. Teaching Method and Resources-Teacher Capability Program
  5. Statistics and Analytics-Proactive Government

Based on the Parents in Closed Loop system, the school administrator, line teacher and parents were connected through a particular core admin module through which parents will be kept aware regarding student’ attendance status, progress, class-counseling feedback, and school events. Similarly, based on the Students Motivation Smart Tools, students were further motivated to study harder by utilizing technology such as designing their classes with electronic board, Wi-Fi, electronic podium (Tablet PC), book scanner (Viewer), smart pad, (Cam-coder), and CoEDU system servers.
