The project was implemented by Grand Technology Resources (GTR) in partnership with IRIS Corporation Bhd Malaysia, which is one of GTR’s strategic partners, and CSL Bangladesh. The core operations of this project were focused on the establishment of its regional offices (ARCs) in the five states of UAE; namely Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain. These regional offices were established to facilitate access for the Bangladeshi citizens towards their enrollment process for converting their passports into Machine Readable.
